Private yoga sessions offer the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals like increasing flexibility, strength, mobility or experiencing guided meditation.
Recommended for those new to Yoga, Seniors, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga.
60 Minute Private Session $80
Longer yoga sessions offer , additional time for flexibility, strength or experiencing breathwork the ability to focus on deeper meditations.
Recommended for returning back to the mat, learning a focused skill, building a regular practice.
30 Minute Group $50
Group sessions share the practice of yoga with those you care about, while creating connections & memorable celebrations!
Great option for birthdays, bridal parties,
team building, group of friends or family in groups of 6 or less.
60 Minute Group $100
Longer group sessions offer the ability to have more time for offerings. Share the practice of yoga with those you care about & creating strong connections!
